Edward O. Lear, Esq.

Mr. Lear is a 1983 graduate, cum laude, of Dartmouth College and a 1987 graduate of U.C.L.A. School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Honors Program. Mr. Lear joined Thelen, Marrin, Johnson & Bridges immediately after law school and worked four years as a “big firm” litigation associate before becoming a Los Angeles-based licensing prosecutor. For three years, Mr. Lear prosecuted a wide range of matters, never losing a trial, before co-founding Gerry & Lear LLP in 1994. In 2002, Mr. Lear founded the Century Law Group.

Mr. Lear has tried over fifty cases, is a recognized speaker at legal seminars, and has published numerous articles. He is a member of the Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills, and South Bay Bar Associations.


Ms. Larson A. Larson, Esq.

Ms. Larson is a 1974 graduate, cum laude, of Brown University (M.A. Teaching) and a 1973 graduate, cum laude, of Vassar College (B.A. History). After teaching for ten years, she graduated with honors in 1988 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she booked three courses, including her senior thesis in Labor Law.

Upon graduation she joined Hardt & Stewart, in Naples, Florida, and in 1990, she lateralled to Frost & Jacobs, a 350 plus attorney, Cincinnati-based firm (now Frost Brown Todd LLC) where she worked as a litigation associate.

After managing her own firm in Florida for five years, Ms. Larson joined Gerry & Lear in 1999 and then Century Law Group, where she practices in the Licensing Group.


Marisol Ocampo, Esq.

Ms. Ocampo is a 1995 graduate of Stanford University where she majored in English and Spanish Literature (Honors). Ms. Ocampo graduated from U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1998, where she was a staff editor of the U.C.L.A. Law Review as well as the U.C.L.A. Chicano/Latino Law Review. Upon graduation, Ms. Ocampo worked as a litigation associate with Gerry & Lear LLP until 2001. Since 2002, she has been a litigation associate with Century Law Group, where she practices in the Licensing Group.

Ms. Ocampo is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is a member of the Los Angeles Lawyers Bar Association, the Latina Lawyers Bar Association, and the Mexican-American Bar Association.
